Artist Statement

Kanyarat Panchamad (b. 2004, Thailand) is a Creative Photography student at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University. For me, photography is a space where there is no 'right' or 'wrong.' I love and am passionate about fashion photography because it’s always fun to experiment with new things—whether it’s the outfits, the lighting, or the mood and tone.
But what I love most is trying out things I’ve never done before. I often blend fashion with everyday objects or unconventional perspectives on life, because I believe that if I just stay in my comfort zone, my work won’t go anywhere. To me, photography isn't just about clicking the shutter to get a pretty shot; it’s about raising questions and constantly searching for new possibilities in my work.
