Trees root themselves in the earth and stretch upward toward the sky.
To me, they feel like lines reaching beyond the ground.
I think of trees as horizons extending toward the heavens.
By looking at these trees as “horizons reaching toward the sky,”
I find myself wishing to remain connected beneath the same sky
as people and places across many different countries.

地に根を張り、天へと伸びる木。
私は、木は天へと伸びるラインであると考えている。
「天に伸びる水平線」としての木々を見つめることで、様々な国と天続きであることを願っている。
